Huntington Jaycees present MBTI – Personality Type and Temperaments Seminar
Many people have heard of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Now experience it
in a day long training. How well do you know yourself?
What is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)?
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is the best known and most
trusted personality tool available today. After more than
60 years, the
MBTI instrument continues to be the most sought after assessment in the world
for understanding individual differences and
uncovering new ways to work and
interact with others. The
MBTI instrument has been proven to be both
valid and reliable.
How does the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) work?
The indicator is non-judgmental and allows people to gain an understanding of
their differences, particularly with respect to how we
decide to direct our
energy, to gather information, to make decisions and how we live in the world.
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator
(MBTI) produces 16 distinct personality types,
each with its own characteristics and strengths.
What are Kiersey’s Four Temperaments?
Dr. David Keirsey simplifies the MBTI Types into four Temperaments.
It is a configuration of observable personality traits, such as
habits of
communication, patterns of action, and sets of characteristic attitudes, values,
and talents. It also encompasses personal
needs, the kinds of contributions that
individuals make in the workplace, and the roles they play in society.
Do I need any previous knowledge or experience?
No previous knowledge or experience is needed to participate in this training.
Who will be the trainers?

Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioners.

Motors plant and have
